Arjan Gelling Memorial Award

The Bastion Run Club is honoured to present an annual award to a young Nanaimo runner graduating from high school.  The award is named in memory and honour of Arjan Gelling (July 2, 1946 – June 7, 2017) - a world class runner and Bastion Run Club member.  To learn more about Arjan's running story and achievements, please read the amazing article: Dutch Canadian All American.
