The course.

The Bastion 12k is Nanaimo’s #1 road racing event! It is the fourth race in the Vancouver Island Race Series. You will run an out-and-back course, along the country roads of Lantzville with farm and ocean views.

Beverages and food will be served after the race. The top 10 finishers in each age group will receive awards, and all participants and volunteers are eligible for draw prizes.
