The Bastion 12k is Nanaimo's premiere road running event! It is the third race in the Vancouver Island road race series hosted by Vancouver Island Runners Association (VIRA).
The 2025 race will
be Sunday, February 9 in Lantzville, BC. Start time is 11:00am. Race registration and check-in opens at 9:00am.
Beverages and food will be served
after the race. Awards are presented for top 10 runners in each age
group. All participants are eligible for door prizes.
